Guanabana or Graviola is part of the Annonaceae family. Its shape is oval with a thorny skin. Its diameter can reach 30 cm and it weighs between 3 and 4 kg. Its sweet and tangy taste is excellent in juice or ice cream. In South America, it is used as a natural and soothing remedy for many diseases.
Guanabana is an important source of vitamins, mainly vitamin B and C. It is also rich in vegetable fiber.
